All works must be SFW. Explicit and mature content is prohibited.
Ships, platonic and romantic, are allowed. Romantic relationships with minors and incestuous relationships are prohibited.
OCs, alternate universes, and crossovers are allowed as long as the TMNT characters are the main focus.
Plagiarism is not allowed and will result in disqualification. Participants are allowed to take inspiration from media.
Human designs of the turtles are allowed.
